Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering from the users
- Develop entire backend on PHP and Wordpress
- Deploy code and resolve bugs and live-site issues
- Unit and Integration Testing
- Performance Testing
- Ensure code quality and risk compliance
Key Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in EE/CS or related field from an accredited institution
- Having 3+ years of Wordpress Development experience
- Demonstrable solid knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery/HTML5/CSS3
- Should be proficient is website hosting, DNS Configuration and Email setup
- Experiences in developing web services API like REST API/SOAP API
- Advanced Custom Field, Custom Post, Custom Plug-in & Theme development experience
- Good exposure to eComm integration
- Good knowledge of relational databases like MYSQL
- Experience in using version control systems lik GitHub, SVN
- Some exposure to CI/CD pipeline & Cloud knowledge
- Knowledge of OOP, and design patterns such as MVC
- Well versed with Agile methodologies
- Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
