Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Good experience in working on a Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
- Experience in Formatting resumes.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
- Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
- Brief understanding of client requirement.
- Third-Party Sourcing knowledge and technique.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Recruiting Experience in US IT Staffing with Strong IT Technical knowledge.
- Very Fluent and strong command over English. Convent English Preferred.
- Information Technology Background, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Prefer Candidates who have attended Convent High schools or Junior Colleges or Senior College.
