Key Job Responsibilities:
- Create physical touchpoints for a service or experience
- Contribute to workshops and activities to identify user needs
- Work well in a multi-disciplinary team
- Work in a Design Thinking framework
- Create and test spatial prototypes with users
- Translate service concepts into tangible spatial outcomes
- Produce plans and basic renderings to communicate ideas
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience of working as an Architectural or Interior Designer, with Experience Design foundation
- Design-related degree/diploma or relevant industry experience
- Design leadership to evangelize/communicate the value of design for built environment
- Ability to articulate design rationale, concepts and ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture, and dive in to analyse the important details
- Experience communicating and co-creating with multiple stakeholders
- Technical expertise in creating spaces and places
