Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions (e.g. business rules, screen tailoring, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, service catalog development, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations).
- Executing advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
- Developing and delivering customized portal web pages in ServiceNow
- Building and maintaining integrations using Web Services, JDBC, middleware etc.
- Managing CMDB health and discovery
Key Skiils/Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies
- Experience with Scripted Web Services, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, LDAP
- Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management components (e.g. Service Catalogue, Change, Incident, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow components within IT Operations, Security Operations, Business Management, Performance Analytics, and Reporting
- Working knowledge of design, coding, testing methodologies and debugging
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop credibility with staff, clients, and senior leaders
- Outstanding Communications in English, both written and verbal
