The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery. The candidate should be well-versed in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as SAP, HP Asset Manager, and Active Directory.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM), HRSD, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, Snow, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Request Management.
- Configure and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HP Asset Manager, AD).
Administration:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Request Management processes.
Integration:
- Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using SOAP, REST, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure seamless communication and data flow between ServiceNow, SAP, HP Asset Manager, and Active Directory.
ITIL Framework:
- Apply ITIL best practices in the design and implementation of ServiceNow processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align ServiceNow configurations with ITIL principles.
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Snow, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Request Management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and customization using SOAP, REST, and other web technologies.
- Experience with HP Asset Manager configuration and integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework and its application in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications:
Possess relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, and other relevant certifications.
