Engaging new role responsible for leading the successful delivery of ITAM software solutions and services, in a client consulting environment, the ideal candidate is a technical architect who has a proven track record of deploying IT Asset Management solutions in a client environment, with a passion for delivering real business value to customers. You will be responsible for all technical delivery of Asset Management solutions in the form of billable projects.
You will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.
You will use your exceptional development and consulting skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping the customer satisfaction rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The seleceted candidate will also contribute to the growth of the company by helping to build their collateral, improve existing methodologies, conduct internal training, and develop best practice improvements.
You are a subject matter expert in IT Asset Management and have deep experience in the deployment of enterprise software solutions. You have 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and have demonstrated results in the area of Hardware & Software Asset Management, Procurement, Inventory Tracking, etc. You are independent, proactive, high energy and are a team player. You have demonstrable delivery experience with complex system integrations.
- Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or Business
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification preferred
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
