- Monitor and administer our Microsoft 365 tenants
- Work closely with other IT teams including Information Security and Application Development teams to sustain a stable, highly performing, and available application environment
- Facilitate Office 365 platform services across all levels of the business including executive leadership
- Support and maintain mobile device management, administer phone registration and advises on enterprise policies; installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production environment. Manages enterprise-class mobile device management solutions for IOS and Android devices.
- Supporting email integrationsand configuring inbound/outbound mail flow topologies and SMTP relay
- Complete incident and service requests in the agreed SLA timeframe
- Plan and implement new technologies and major releases for the most critical enterprise-wide business applications. Test, install, and migrate software, patches, upgrades, proxies, applications, and/or hardware.
- Communicate with IT groups to assess systems risks on those areas and to keep groups apprised of systems issues that may have an impact on those areas, including projected down times and business risks. Communicates with IT vendors to research and resolve issues.
- Writes documentation, including project plans, backup plans, business continuance, installation procedures, and troubleshooting tips. Creates diagrams, including technical topology.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure safe and sound business operations.
Experiences Required
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of training/experience
- Current Certifications in the following are a plus - MCSE, CCNA, Azure, Ofiice 365; ITIL Essencials; IT Security; Citrix
- 6+ years of total experience including
- 4+ years' supporting Windows Systems
- 4+ years supporting packaging software and/or SaaS applications (e.g., O365, Intune/SCCM, Jira/Confluence, Web-Ex/Zoom, Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.)
- Admin experience/knowledge for Office 365/Microsoft 365
- Experience in windows server technologies (incl Microsoft Active Directory, File Servers)
- Experience of providing user/technical support in a mixed IT environment, on-premise and cloud (Azure AD)
- Working knowledge of remote access solutions, DNS configurations, Networking and Infrastructure is a plus
- Experience administering other resources such as servers, IIS, etc. is a plus
- Strong customer service and orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
