- Your are specialized in Microsoft 365 Environment and have expert knowledge about its deployment and use in the international environment.
- Responsibility, Implementation and continuing Development of Microsoft 365 Services and Applications (Concept, Strategy, Rollout, Service Transition)
- You are point of contact for all kinds of topics surrounding the field of content, configuration, deployment scenarios, possibilities and implementation in the area of Microsoft 365, as well as point of contact for 2nd level inquiries and coordination of the 3rd level escalations (Underpinning Contracts)
- Collaboration in the technical and strategic area in planning and implementation of Microsoft365 services and applications
- Development and Performance of training courses as well as Change Management Programs for the Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Independent analysis and monitoring of the product development of the Microsoft365 environment and drafting of recommendations for action
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/Experience/Skills etc.)
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Very good expertise in Office 365 respectively Microsoft 365 in global companies
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, especially Skype for Business, MS Team, MS Exchange Online, Office Components, AAD, ADFS, MFA
- Experience with hybrid Microsoft365 environment as well as migration scenarios
- Very good knowledge of complex global OnPremise Microsoft infrastructures (Active Directory, Skype for Business, MS Exchange and MS Windows Server)
- Technical Know-How regarding Administration and Automation of Microsoft Cloud products - Automation and PowerShell
- Sound LAN / WAN Network Knowledge -TCP / IP Knowledge, Application Troubleshooting, Analysis of Network
- Problems in the Context of Microsoft365
- Overview of Microsoft365 Licensing Metrics and Plans
