recruit iOS Developers who are passionate about mobile development and will apply their cricketing knowledge and technical expertise in developing exciting gaming application.
Post recruitment, the company will train the hired developers onsite in New Zealand in their Center of Excellence (COE) for 2-3 months and designate as Team Leads.
The individual should have a strong passion for innovation, and be a focused and results-oriented software developer who can lead a team of developers for gaming mobile application development efforts.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Gather and document requirements from users
- Jointly work with the UX team to deliver rich user experience
- Application development using the latest tools and the best programming techniques
- Review, edit and resolve coding defects
- Lead a team of talented mobile developers
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/Experience/Skills etc.)
- 5+ years of total development experience, out of which at least 3+ years should be on Objective-C
- iOS development using iPhone SDK, Cocoa and Objective-C
- Experience with multi-tier architecture and APIs including XML/JSON
- You should have good exposure to global best practices of software engineering, coding standards, source control and quality management processes
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and practices
- Exposure to structured development methodology and project management practices
- Demonstrable applications which are available on the iOS apps store
- Cross-platform skills on iOS and Android will be a big advantage
- Previous gaming design/development experience for an international gaming company
- Strong analytical ability
- Passionate about developing great applications, highly motivated and strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team
Education: BS or equivalent in Computer Science
Experience: 5+ yrs of experience
