The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP solutions, including the creation of HANA and BW models, development of advanced DSOs, and integration with external reporting tools such as Power BI. The candidate should be well-versed in SAP HANA XSC and XSA, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
SAP HANA and BW Modeling:
- Create HANA and BW models based on client requirements.
- Implement Activated Embedded SAP BW Client and configure Business Content.
- Assign Logical System Client and ensure seamless integration.
Data Modeling:
- Develop Advanced DSOs, HANA Calculation Views, and Composite Providers for effective data modeling.
- Activate Business Content for Inventory to enhance reporting capabilities.
External Reporting:
- Create HANA external views and integrate them into ABAP programs for scheduled report generation in Excel format.
- Work on HANA external views in the ABAP dictionary.
- Extend existing EWM Power BI reporting to include new warehouses and customers.
Business Intelligence:
- Utilize BEx suite and BO Analysis for Office to enhance business intelligence reporting.
- Work on Condition Contract reporting to meet client needs.
EWM Reporting:
- Provide functional specifications for recovering EWM archive data from open text.
- Work on EWM reporting to improve visibility into warehouse operations.
Power BI Dashboards:
- Create Power BI dashboards and publish them on the web for enhanced data visualization.
Key Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP HANA and BW implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Activated Embedded SAP BW Client, Business Content, and Logical System Client configuration.
- Expertise in data modeling, including Advanced DSOs, HANA Calculation Views, and Composite Providers.
- Familiarity with HANA XSC and XSA.
- Strong experience in external reporting tools, specifically Power BI.
- Proficiency in integrating HANA external views into ABAP programs.
- Knowledge of BEx suite, BO Analysis for office, and Condition Contract reporting.
- Previous work on EWM reporting and Power BI dashboards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
