Our client is a leading US-based technology-driven enterprise that is transforming its business processes through the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. They are looking for an experienced PowerApps / Copilot QA Engineer to join their global delivery team and ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions across PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and AI Copilot integrations.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies for solutions built using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio. The role involves close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure end-to-end quality assurance across applications, data, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for PowerApps and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot agents.
- Validate data integrity and integration points with SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
- Provide QA sign-off for deployments in UAT and production environments.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of overall QA experience with at least 2+ years in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) testing.
- Strong understanding of Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and SharePoint integrations.
- Experience in API testing and working knowledge of tools like Postman or similar.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or PowerApps Test Studio is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment aligned to US Eastern timings.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or QA Automation would be an added advantage.
