Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design multi-layered PCB using industry standard techniques, ensuring consideration for DFM/DFT have been made
- Responsible for completing PCB designs in accordance with agreed project time, cost, quality and performance requirements.
- Develop schematics, CAD library administration including symbol, footprint generation and database administration.
- Creation and maintenance of enterprise data packs.
- Creation of 3D models and assemblies from 2D layouts
- Liaise with the manufacturing team for procurement and transfer of documentation.
- Contribute to continual process improvement with the PCB layout function.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Electronic or Electrical).
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Good experience in Altium Designer.
- Experience in schematics and PCB layout design.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing process.
- Experience in testing and debugging board level electronics.
