As part of the CRM CoE team, you will be a point of contact for the CRM development team. This position also would be responsible for any advanced integration development.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Advanced understanding of the MS Dynamics CRM system
- Ability to provide direction and mentoring to development team
- Strong C# proficiency
- Documents new/modified code, and develops/automates unit and integration tests to verify the changes in Dynamics CRM
- Developing a knowledge base that centralizes thorough intelligence about the company's systems, workflows and integrations in Dynamics CRM
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and key business systems
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
