Our client is a global consultancy providing integration, customization and migration services for Salesforce solution to its clients worldwide.
The company with a strong international presence in the US, Germany, Japan, China, India and Saudi Arabia is hiring experienced Salesforce Developers who will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, build of the standard and custom elements and integrations of the Salesforce.com platform with other systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing business requirement using Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Workflows, Validation Rules and Field level security.
- Managing Salesforce integration with the existing third-party applications
- Gap analysis to identify and document functionality gaps with the business impact. Also present the appropriate suggestions with the process workarounds
- Preparing detailed unit, system integration and the acceptance test plans as per the use cases
- Documenting project learnings and facilitating knowledge transition to the application/support team
- Assisting Pre-Sales team with RFP/RFI, Product Walkthroughs (PWT), Estimation of efforts and attending meetings with the prospective customers
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience working for a reputed technology or consulting company
- Hands on with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
- In-depth domain knowledge of CRM/PRM of different modules in Salesforce.com
- Hands on experience working on SOSL and SOQL
- Expertise on Batch Apex and Apex Scheduler and Email Services
- Hands on experience working on Apex Data loader, Apex Explorer to implement bulk export and insert/update SFDC data
- Good knowledge of Sales force Administration (SFA) including creating profiles, roles, page layouts, organization wide defaults, sharing rules, work flows, approval workflows, reports/graphs and dashboards
- Solid understanding of Web Service API’s
- Should be a motivated and high energy individual with strong ability to interact with the team members, business users and the other project stakeholders within the organization at all levels
- Should be abreast with the latest technology developments and the industry best practices advising clients on these best practices.
- Prior experience working on Data Warehousing projects and familiarization with data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) tools will be an advantage
- Experience in refreshing code between different environments using the change sets
- Should be very organized with attention to detail
Qualification: Degree in Engineering/Computers/Mathematics from a reputed university
Certifications: SFDC Developer (401) certification. Advanced Developer (501) certification will be a big plus
