Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos
• Give some guidance to the other team member
• Managing RFX's
• Creating BOM and proposal's
• Technical “Guru” to Sales Managers
• Participating in trade shows
• Engaging R&D and product management
• Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow ups
• Ensuring acceptable product installations
• Supporting end-user trials when required (including traveling abroad)
• Providing support for internal issues raised by co-workers
• Proposing and demonstrating company's products as required
Key Requirements:
• Graduated of Engineering and/or IT courses;
• Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions;
• Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols;
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Project Management Experience
• Pro-activity is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical background on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security is a plus;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
• Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solution
