Key Responsibilities
Copilot & Agent Development
- Design, build, and support AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Configure conversational flows including topics, triggers, and response orchestration
- Develop multi-step agent workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, and APIs
- Enhance prompt design and improve response accuracy and relevance
Enterprise Integration & Automation
- Integrate copilots with:
- Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Power Platform components (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps)
- Business systems through APIs and connectors
- Implement authentication, access control, and permissions
- Support deployment across development, testing, and production environments
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to enterprise AI governance and security frameworks
- Align solutions with data protection standards and compliance requirements
- Work with policies such as:
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Sensitivity labeling and data classification
- Maintain clear documentation of agent functionality, data usage, and limitations
Testing, Monitoring & Optimization
- Validate agent performance, reliability, and edge case handling
- Monitor usage patterns and system performance
- Continuously refine solutions based on feedback and analytics
- Troubleshoot issues related to agent behavior and integrations
Collaboration & Enablement
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define use cases
- Work with platform and security teams to align with enterprise standards
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices
- Support adoption by enabling business users within a governed environment
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform, including:
Power Automate
- Dataverse
- API integrations and connectors
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms
Enterprise Experience
- Exposure to enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of:
- Identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Environment management and lifecycle practices
- Data governance and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work within structured and controlled enterprise platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering production-grade copilots or AI agents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and advanced integrations
- Experience with Azure-based services or custom connectors
- Background in automation, workflow design, or low-code platforms
- Awareness of responsible AI principles and governance practices
- Experience supporting or enabling business users in low-code environments
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)
