Key Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand the desired goals of the product and the desired behaviours of its users
- Collaborate with designers to design and conduct research to understand the behaviours of users
- Provide insights on reasons for user behaviour from academic background (e.g. economics, psychology, cognitive science)
- Work with designers to develop new products or features based on design or behavioural science insights
- Plan and conduct tests (qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong background in social science (behavioural economics, psychology)
- Experience in how behavioural science can be applied to solve real-world problems
- Strong knowledge of research methods & statistics
- Experience using software packages for quantitative analysis (e.g. STATA or R)
- Good communication skills, translating academic knowledge and quantitative analyses into actionable insights for non-academic audiences
- Good to have knowledge of design methods
- Good to have experience in product development projects
