Key Responsibilities
- Building and deploying applications using latest continuous delivery technologies such as Jenkins, Puppet and Maven.
- Lead Deployment planning meetings and work with project teams capture any risks.
- Version Control of software and configuration management
- Actively participate and collaborate with various functional groups in a dynamic team.
Key Skills
- 5+ years’ of experience as a system integrator working closely with software development, quality assurance, and information technology
- The hired candidate will have experience with the following technologies/platforms: Jenkins, Puppet, Subversion, GIT, Artifactory, VMWare, ServiceNow, mRemote, WinSCP, Splunk, Nagios, Confluence, Oracle Fusion, Domino
- Sound understanding of software development methodologies with strong experience in continuous integration and push button deployments
- Excellent exposure to policies, procedures and best practices on DevOps process in a continuous delivery environment
- Should work under minimal supervision and oversight in a global distributed team.
- A Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical skills
- Exposure to ITIL Processes related to Incident, Change and Release Management
- Should be willing to work both as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Should be proactive in identifying and timely resolving critical issues
- Highest level of personal integrity
Qualification: BE/MCA preferably with ITIL/DevOps certification
