Key Responsibilities
- Implementation, and Support of applications
- Monitoring servers and network connections.
- Follow instruction to create documentation.
- Proactively identify problems and work on or request for solution.
- Provide support to end users.
- Attend to user problems carefully
- Installation of agents and third party applications
- Help on Network and Desktop Monitoring
- Perform security scans and apply latest security patches regularly.
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge Operating Systems (OS)
- Knowledge of LAN and TCP/IP
- Fluent on Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of reporting and dashboard.
- Excellent Understanding of the methodology for incident and problem resolution
- Understanding of server topology
- Experience on Unix Operating system
- Experience in third party applications, BMC, Dayna Trace, and NexThink.
- Understanding of firewall policies and its usage.
- At least 1 – 3 years’ experience as BMC Administrator in a multi-platform environment.
- University Degree in IT or Computer Science.
