Location: Delhi NCR/ Work-from-Home
Required Skills:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Recruiter to be part of IT Recruitment team for one of our US clients. The timings will be aligned to US Eastern with flexibility to Work-from-Home.
The person should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing and Recruitment industry. Person should have good understanding of W2, OPT, C2C, Permanent placements and very fluent in convent English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Good experience in working on a Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
- Experience in Formatting resumes.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
- Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
- Brief understanding of client requirement.
- Third-Party Sourcing knowledge and technique.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Recruiting Experience in US IT Staffing with Strong IT Technical knowledge.
- Very Fluent and strong command over English.  Convent English Preferred.
- Information Technology Background, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Prefer Candidates who have attended Convent High schools or Junior Colleges or Senior College.
