Our client is one of the most prestigious universities in SaudiArabia. The university plans to implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and are looking for a Functional Specialist for their IT dept.
The candidate should be a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions expert with expertise in Grant Management, Activities, Billing and Revenue Accounts Receivable modules. He/she should have worked on PeopleSoft Financials (V7.5, 8.0, 8.4, 8.8, 8.9, 9.0) and Grants V8.4 or higher.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Software parameters configuration
- Designing Chart of accounts
- Identifying and assisting in business process improvements
- Creating detailed Design document
- Test script Preparation and execution
- Interacting with the functional team to get the detailed requirements
- End-user training development and execution
- Completes complex system-related analyses
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
- Strong expertise on PeopleSoft Financials (v 7.5, 8.0, 8.4, 8.8, 8.9, or 9.0) and/or PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.
- Experience on PeopleSoft Grants (v 8.4 or higher) preferred
- Hands on experience with at least two of the following modules: Grants, Projects, Contracts, Billing and Accounts Receivable Modules
- Experience as a functional consultant in similar environment
- Strong analytical skills to translate functional requirements into documentation to be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
- Should be a motivated team player.
- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
