The client is looking for Functional Consultant - HRMS who will work in implementations of Oracle APPs and also be able to lead a team for the new installations.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Should carry a very strong Process and Consulting Knowledge, (especially on HRMS side) capable of designing and articulating approaches and solutions at a higher level, and most importantly relate to the problem.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications.
- As applicable, may lead small to medium, low-complexity projects.
- Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in order to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Analyzes and evaluates design existing and/or proposed systems.
- Collaborates with functional design and assist teams in providing configuration solutions for business requirements.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Provides information, guidance, and assistance to more junior level employees.
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
- Minimum of 4 + years of experience in Oracle HRMS
- Must have Hands-on knowledge and strong expertise in EBS setups and configurations
- Excellent knowledge of Standard HR Business processes flows in Oracle HRMS Modules
- Good knowledge of best practices and recent trends in HR
- Strong in Core Modules 11i & R12
- Implementation experience for Performance Management (Must) & OTL
- Experience in real-time Core HR, iRecruitment, SSHR, Performance & OTL
- Involved in at least 1 upgrade project from 11i to R12
- Thorough understanding of the full EBS project lifecycle and SDLC documentation and adherence (AIM, OUM)
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HR a plus
- At least one R12 Upgrade and R12 Implementation in EBS HR
- Good communication skills
