Key Responsibilities.
• Partner with both design and development team members to provide Flash design, development and maintenance of web properties through a demonstrated proficiency with Flash/HTML/Action Script 2/3
• Migrate design ideas into Flash pieces with encoded media
• Translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash
• Create dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies
• Work closely with creative and production departments to deliver
Requirement Skills and Experience
• Good knowledge of OOP concepts, with experience using AS3 libraries
• Excellent understanding of Design Patterns
• Excellent understanding of Frameworks and Architecture
• 5+ years of Flash/Flex/Action Script 2/3 development on Flash RIAs
• Knowledge of Flash animation techniques - timeline and programmatic motion
• Experienced in creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient with Flex, version control and issue tracking systems (SVN + Trac)
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Should be a self-starter, willing to learn, hard worker, proactive, highly organized and self-motivated
• Should possess communicator with an interest in improvement of self and the organization
• Knowledge of other web development language will be an advantage
