Job Objective & Key Result Areas
- Knowledge of Action script will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have extensive understanding of web 2.0 concepts & table less using div (CSS2), XHTML and JavaScript.
- Creating high end designs/visuals for brand websites, micro sites, portal designs, and static and e-commerce websites.
- Closely work with the application development team for smooth transition of the project from design to development
- Meet client expectations and have the ability to understand client requirements and reflect that in the design layouts, animations
- The Lead designer may also be required to engage with the client during the design phase of a particular project
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including needs assessment, quality service standards and satisfaction evaluation.
- Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques.
- Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Ensure that all web sites are accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.
- Lead the existing staff to build mockups and prototypes establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
Qualification:
• Any graduate.
