Requirements
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
· IT consulting Experience
· Hands on experience with Tandberg Infrastructure components like VCS, VCS-E, Codian and Telepresence Management server
· Experience on Tandberg series endpoints
· Good Understanding of Network Infrastructure, LAN/WAN and QoS
· Understanding of Cisco Unified Communications product suite
Optional
· Cisco Digital Media Suite Experience. Show &share and Signage
· Cisco Contact Center Express experience
· Cisco Unified Communications Experience
· Experience on MSE series Telepresence blade
· Experience on Cisco Telepresence CTS
· Experience on Tandberg Standard and custom T3 environment
Certifications
Required: CCNA, CCVP/CCNP
Optional: CCIE (R/S,Voice)
