Its clients include Global Pharmaceuticals, CROs, Biotechs, Medical Device Companies, Academic Institutions and Government Institutions throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Job Description
· Production support of Oracle 9i/ 10g/ 11g environments
· New Customer Monitoring and Maintenance Plan Development/Configuration
· New Customer Backup strategy integration and test
· Database maintenance plan management
· Critical events SLA management and first response
· Create and maintain documentation. Cross train team members
Candidate Profile
· BS Computer Science or related field
· 5+ years of production database administrator experience
· Oracle 9i /10g RDBMS Database Administration
· Exposure to 11g
· Experience on Real Application Clusters (RAC)
· Performance tuning, installation, upgrade and Migration of databases
· Experienced in Disaster Recovery
· Experience working in UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms
· Excellent written & oral communications skills
