The company is currently searching for an experienced Genesys IVR Developer to support ongoing new integration projects, working with a dedicated team, in support of our external client. The ideal candidate will have multiple custom development project experience working with Core Genesys IVR development.
Skills and experience requirements:
5 to 7 years custom development experience with up to 3 of the following technologies:
- Core Genesys Framework 8
- Genesys Voice Platform 8.x
- Genesys Composer 8.x
- Genesys Platform SDK
- Genesys SIP
At least 5 years IVR development experience with
- VoiceXML 2.0+ required
- Visual Studio 2010+ Microsoft .NET C# required
- WinForms
- XAML
- WPF
- Microsoft Internet Information Services 7+ required
- ASP.NET 2.0/4.0 a plus
- IIS a plus
3 years Advanced Development experience working with at least 1 of the following:
- Windows Communication Foundation
- Oracle Data Provider (OPD.Net)
- MS .NET Web Services (SOAP/WCF/RESTful)
Preferred Database skills working with:
- Oracle/SQL Server PL/SQL
- Basic Data Modelling
