Key Responsibilities
- To carry on a digital start-up project from conception to reality.
- Define and drive the product vision, the CPO is also responsible for and inspiring the team a rallying them behind the product vision and direction.
- Team development, a CPO is responsible for the recruitment, training and coaching of the product manager's and designers in his team. The CPO must have the proven ability to develop others.
- Should be an expert in the latest methodologies in product planning and execution such as Agile and Scrum, the CPO must also be an expert in the modern forms of customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Relevant domain experience with strong technical experience.
- Chemistry with the key execs in the organization is important.
- Previous experience in management of e-commerce app-based projects.
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/Experience/Skills etc.)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company
- Holder of bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
- He has good experience as a product and technology.
- Has previous experience in team-management.
- Team-Oriented, flexible and has the ability to cope in flat organizations culture.
- Good communication skills with good command of English.
- Previous experience in start-up projects.
