- Leading the implementation/upgrade team and providing effective leadership to the project team
- Interact with business users and analysts to understand and document business requirements
- Effectively manage project scope and client expectations
- Play a consulting role and shares business best-practices
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, clients, project management and other stockholders on the project status and issues
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
- HRMS/HCM experience (Payroll, ESS, MSS, Benefits, and recruitment modules)
- Minimum 7+ years of solid PeopleSoft experience with at least 3 full life implementations
- Prior lead experience in leading complex implementation projects involving cross-functional team
- PeopleSoft version 9.0 or higher experience in upgrade and implementation projects
- Ability to deliver high quality solutions to meet/exceed customers’ requirements
- Demonstrated technical and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Career minded, motivated, and customer oriented.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: 7+ yrs of experience strong PeopleSoft experience
