The company is looking for experienced PHP Programmers who will be responsible for building web and eCommerce applications, maintaining existing code and enhancing the existing functionality.
The ideal candidate must have a very sound work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude and should be comfortable working in a highly-demanding environment.
Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Development of high performance, and highly scalable Web and eCommerce applications
- Gathering and Documenting the requirements
- Managing, debugging, extending and enhancing the application code for the company
- Prepare structured test cases and conduct/support unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Continual self improvement and stay updated on the new technology.
Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
- 4+ years of solid PHP development experience with thorough competency with PHP5
- Excellent skills on Drupal & Magento
- Good SQL database skills
- Strong experience with LAMP stack and open source software
- Strong Analytical and logical skills, good programming style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work independently and also as a team player
- Experience in the entire software development lifecycle including: requirements gathering, application design, development, acceptance testing, and deployment
- Working experience with frameworks like Wordpress, Code Igniter, Expression Engine, Zend is a plus.
