The company is looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Architect/Engineer with the following skills:
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing Microsoft technologies-based web applications including POC’s, prototypes, software solutions.
- Building modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet mission-driven strategic business goals.
- Collaborating and contributing insight to solution design ideation, ensuring both the success of the product and adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
- Participating in an environment rapidly transforming to the Agile methodology, adhering to best practices, and collaborating effectively with your teammates.
- Design and develop distributed software services and solutions that are engineered for scale, availability, high performance, and high reliability.
- Own and deliver complete features including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, and shipping.
- Build responsive web experiences across multiple devices and browsers.
- Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses while collaborating with businesses and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a real drive for results.
- Contribute to our new cloud-based architecture leveraging technologies such as Azure integration services, Power Apps, Event Hubs, SQL Azure, Snowflake and others.
- Stay educated on existing, emerging technologies and evaluate if technologies fit our customers’ needs
Key Skills/Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience building applications with one or more technologies including but not limited to: C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, react.JS, PowerShell, Power Apps
- Strong understanding with some experience working with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob storage, Delta Lake, Data Factory
- Experience with building micro-services and deployment in containerized environment or azure service fabrics.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent)
- Experience running and working on services at scale
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
- Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with building applications, API’s and deployment in scalable environment using Microsoft technologies such as azure integration services, power apps.
