HRMS Technical Consultant (R12) for Mauritius

The client is looking for Techno-Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS who will work in implementations of Oracle APPs. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of customizations, extensions, modifications, interfaces, and data conversions programs in an Oracle Apps Release 12 environment for HRMS.

Job Responsibilities / Key Result Areas (KRAs)
-    Gathering Technical Requirements, Technical Design Detail Data Mapping Custom Code Development Unit Test Planning Test Execution Defect Resolution are must have skills
-    Establish technical object standards and management processes.
-    Confirm the completeness and consistency of the Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflow technical design. Resolve any inconsistencies discovered.
-    Participate in testing of components, after programming completion. Ensure the component meets technical design requirements. Provide sign-off that technical design requirements are met.
-    Work with Technology team to make technical objects available across the various systems (development, test, etc) as required.
-    Support process team testing activities and provide SAR resolution.
-    Perform build activities in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Personalization and Workflows as required.
-    Perform Unit testing of the components.

Job Requirements (Qualifications/Certifications/ Experience/Skills etc.)
-    3+ years of relevant experience
-    At least 3 different Oracle applications projects experience developing interfaces, conversions and reports for Oracle Payroll, HR and Advance Benefit with full life cycle implementation experience.
-    Gathering Requirements, Technical Design, Coding, Unit Testing Excellent communication and documentation skills, including standard Oracle AIM / OUM methodology.
-    Should have Experience with Oracle Applications development, including in an Oracle Applications Release 12 environment.
-    Strong knowledge in designing reports across all HRMS Suite
-    In depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Oracle data model including HRMS and financials db schema, APIs and Open Interface tables.
-    Able to create tasks and approval process using Oracle Approval Management Engine. Extensive knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Framework, and architecture of Oracle applications is required.
-    Strong knowledge in SSHR (SIT), Workflow, AME and API’s & designing interfaces
-    Strong knowledge in Sql & PlSql, XML Publisher, BI Reports, & Discoverer
-    End to end cycle knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, OTL and Performance Management
-    Communication and comfort working with all levels of management /outside parties is a mandatory.
-    Upgrade experience will be added value

Location: Port Louis, Mauritius. However the job required travel to the implementation sites in other countries within Africa.
